Well...I've finally done it...I have caught up with everything since coming back from vacation in late July. One of my goals has been to start a real estate blog... as a way of informing you of the local real estate market.

I will be updating this blog with new listings as they come on the market, giving tips to buyers and sellers, current mortgage rates, and discussing issues related to the middlebury real estate market.
