Middlebury Market Update 8/21/06

There are currently 113 properties actively on the market. 61 of these are at $500,000 or above. There are currently 32 properties under deposit as well.
With the end of the summer near and people returning from summer vacation, we expect the activity level to rise over the next several weeks... with buyers looking to move in to a new home before the holiday season.

Well...I've finally done it...I have caught up with everything since coming back from vacation in late July. One of my goals has been to start a real estate blog... as a way of informing you of the local real estate market.
